Obligations of the employer.

-Create, send, receive social insurance records electronically directly in the electronic portal Vietnam social insurance or through electronic trading Gateways of organization I-VAN.
-Do not perform transactions by paper records for the registered procedures by electronic transaction form in time are performing electronic transactions, except in the case specified in clause 6 of this Article..



-Digital signature and  auto insurance companies,  management and ensure the accuracy of the digital signature on the social security record; manage your account name and password, social insurance transactions to ensure computer security, information security data on the system of electronic data exchange hosted I-VAN and information technology system of social insurance in Vietnam.
-Archive and ensure the integrity of the entire social insurance records electronically according to the provisions of the law on archives, electronic transactions, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and the relevant legislation.
-Implement the insurance regulations ensure the safety, security and the system of electronic data exchange of the organization I-VAN and information technology systems of the social insurance agency.
-Establishment of social insurance records in paper submitted to the social insurance agency to directly manage the latest 5 working days from the date of expiry of the filing of social insurance in case of to deadline that the electronic social insurance system of electronic data exchange technical infrastructure, have yet to fix the problem.
-Implement the terms of an agreement signed with the organization I-VAN and pay to use the service I-VAN on the basis of a signed contract.
-Executive inspection, inspection of the competent State agencies on the implementation of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance in accordance with the law.
-Responsibility before the law on Declaration of social insurance records of his electronics under the provisions of the law on electronic transactions, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and the relevant legislation.
-Perform other duties as prescribed by law.
